Accounts Payable Administrator

Why we need you?
We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for performing daily accounts payable functions such as processing and scanning invoices, performing check runs, resolving discrepancies, liaise with internal staff on payments and other related tasks
We would love to hear from you if you have :
- Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Sub ledger experience
- 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Bachelors Degree/Equivalent experience
- Purchase Order Software System
Solid understanding of debits & credits, not just processing payments
Here are some of what you’ll be doing :
- Daily review of expense reports and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure proper and accurate general ledger coding on all expense reports.
- Confirm proper approval for expense reports.
- Audit employee expense reimbursements receipts.
- Monitor and maintain vendor files.
- Respond to employee inquires.
- Maintains expense report records by keeping payable files in good order.
