As a Shift Supervisor, you will master all Crew Member and Shift Leader tasks, while also taking charge of daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. Your role will include ensuring compliance with company standards across various operational areas such as product preparation, customer relations, restaurant upkeep, team management, inventory oversight, and additional responsibilities as needed.
