Project Manager | CLO | Syndicated Loans | Buy Side

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with deep expertise in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Private Credit, and Syndicated Loans to join the buy-side operations team. This role serves as a critical link between Operations, Middle Office, and Technology, driving complex projects from planning to execution while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong product knowledge with exceptional project management discipline and communication skills to deliver process optimization and system enhancement initiatives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-15 years of experience in a top-tier bank, hedge fund, or asset manager with exposure to CLOs, Private Credit, and Syndicated Loans.
- 7+ years of proven success in project management or program delivery within a financial services environment.
- Deep understanding of trading workflows, operations, and financial products.
- Knowledge of loan servicing, settlements, and CLO structuring preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; familiarity with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
