The Opportunity:
Our Clients Capital Markets department is seeking associates with 3-6 years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending. CLO, ABS and /or CMBS experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $420,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
