Term: Temporary, 1+ month
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $23/hour
What You'll Do:
- Run and review employee time
- Troubleshoot and correct payroll errors
- Ensure accurate time-reporting
- Review payroll audits for compliance
- Monitor email box
- Answer employee questions
- Cover front desk as needed
- Communicate clearly with agency staff
- Assist with other clerical tasks as time permits
- Strong and experienced payroll knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good customer service skills
- Opportunity to work with a state office
