Your Role:

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Partnership Program, engaging and developing key accounts while exploring growth opportunities. We seek a forward-thinking, highly organized, and self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your main objective is to enhance our partner relationships, helping us reach more small and medium businesses across the U.S.

What You Will Do:

  • Forge and strengthen referral relationships with technology partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPA's, and financial advisors focused on the SMB sector.
  • Establish a strategic network for referrals, driving lead generation and identifying new partnership prospects.
  • Troubleshoot and address emerging challenges by collaborating cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Team up with Partner Marketing to ideate and implement innovative initiatives that promote partner sales, such as educational events and webinars.
  • Assist partners in setting business objectives and performance metrics to create effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation plans.

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in building and nurturing relationships with tech and human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPA's, and financial advisors in the SMB domain.
  • A proven success record in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • A strong motivation to build relationships and operate independently.
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Resilience in overcoming setbacks and a resourceful approach to achieving objectives.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, ready to manage operational partnership challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and confidence.
  • Comfort with technology, particularly with Salesforce for managing sales processes.
  • A growth mindset, open to feedback and self-accountability.
  • Coachable and willing to learn and apply new information effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with partners in the field three days a week.

Compensation: Your hard work will be rewarded with an On Target Earnings (OTE) package of $130,000 - $140,000, including a base salary of $70,000 and a variable target compensation of $70,000, tailored to your skills and experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive Total Rewards package, which includes stock options for long-term financial growth.
