Shipping & Receiving Clerk

About the Role We are looking for a reliable person to join our warehouse team in Shipping & Receiving. This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for everything coming in and going out. We need someone who is organized, shows up on time, and actually pays attention to the small details to make sure our customers get the right parts.

Responsibilities:
Receiving: Unpacking shipments, bagging and labeling parts, and entering everything into our computer system (ERP).
Quality Checks: Double-checking that the part numbers and quantities match the orders perfectly before they ship.
Packing: Boxing up orders securely so nothing breaks, while trying not to waste packing materials.
Inventory: Helping with regular counts to make sure our stock levels are accurate. You?ll work closely with our Inventory Coordinator if you notice we?re running low on anything.
Organization: Keeping the warehouse and packing areas clean and safe to work in.
Paperwork: Scanning documents and making sure our digital files stay up to date.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Reliability: You're someone who shows up ready to work and can keep up with daily deadlines.
Experience: It's great if you've worked in a warehouse, shipping, or packing before, but having the right attitude and a sharp eye is most important.
Physical Ability: You'll be on your feet most of the day and will need to lift and move heavy boxes, bend, and stoop.
Tech Skills: You should be comfortable using a computer to log parts and scan paperwork.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
