Work Shift: Night
Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00
As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care by:
- Implementing physician orders and administering medications.
- Starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to company policies.
- Ordering and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
- Assessing and addressing patient needs while applying sound nursing judgment.
- Providing primary and emergency care for various medical situations.
- Collaborating with the nursing team to establish comprehensive care plans.
- Guiding and directing ancillary personnel to uphold nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from a professional nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree).
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Strong communication, prioritization, organization, and time-management skills.
- Understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving tools for patient care improvement.
