Principle HPC Engineer

We're looking for a Principal HPC Engineer to work within a small but exceptionally skilled engineering group, partnering closely with researchers, technologists, and industry-leading vendors to build a world-class HPC ecosystem from the ground up.
This is the role for engineers who blend big-picture technical vision with sleeves-rolled-up execution
What you'll need:
-5+ years' experience in HPC architecture, research, or large-scale infrastructure design
-Deep understanding of HPC cluster design, parallel computing, and high-speed networking
-Experience with GPU-accelerated computing (NVIDIA, CUDA, AI/ML accelerators)
-Strong background with distributed storage systems
-Proficiency with HPC schedulers
-Expertise in Linux kernel tuning, performance profiling, and system-level optimisation
Location: New York
Compensation: Highly competitive base + strong bonus + excellent benefits
