(If you do not have experience, apply anyway - we love to train new care team members in the Always Best Care Way) * Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation * Have good communication skills including verbal and written and must be fluent in speaking in English * Be willing and able to pass a drug test and criminal background check * Be physically able to care for another human as demonstrated by the ability to stand for long periods of time and to carry 35 lbs a distance of 25 ft multiple times per day.
