Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enters applications
  • Assists in collecting supporting documentation from applicants
  • Clerical support duties may include scanning, filing, copying, printing, binding, and make and return phone calls
  • Sends email notifications
  • Uses Excel spreadsheets
  • Reviews eligibility for funding
  • Other duties assigned related to the duties above
Requirements:
  • Accept the Work-Study Award for the current school year
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Enrolled at least 6 hours per semester
  • Have a 2.0 or higher GPA
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Interest in reports, research, accounting and technical communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of tax statements
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Reliable attendance
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Self-starter
  • Professional work ethic
