Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
OverviewRepublican Jobs is leading the search for a highly skilled Executive Assistant in Alexandria, VA. This individual will support a top executive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, managing schedules, travel, and confidential communications with high-profile clients. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in legal and/or political environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Job Duties- Manage executives calendar, schedule, and coordinate high-level meetings.
- Draft, organize, and maintain legal documents, filings, and correspondence.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to executive communications with discretion.
- Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel, often last minute.
- Support client relations, including interactions with high-profile, confidential clients.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and coordinate event logistics.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 35 years supporting senior executives in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional polish.
- Prior experience working in legal and/or political environments is required.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE + Benefits
