We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Specialist I to join our Support Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up patient supplies and equipment from their homes, ensuring safety, timeliness, and professionalism. Youll play a key part in supporting patient care by managing logistics and maintaining strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and internal staff.

Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or patient support roles
High school diploma or GED
Valid state drivers license with a clean record
Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 120 lbs occasionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and procedure manuals
