Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead critical initiatives within our Claims Administration platform, focusing on Email Management and Document Management systems. This role will play a key part in modernizing our technology stack, including driving the conversion from On-Prem Dynamics to Dynamics 365, while ensuring ongoing support for existing On-Prem Dynamics and Clear Search applications.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Azure Function Apps, and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and technical requirements.
• Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full life cycle software development process including requirements analysis, software design, prototyping, programming, debugging and testing of system software production applications.
• Participate in technical design and implementation.
• Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in product.
• Collaborate with fellow developers in areas of expertise as well as members of business unit.
• Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems.
• Develop, debug and deliver enterprise applications.
• Proactively mentor fellow developers in areas of expertise.
• Guide the customization and development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet specific business needs while optimizing performance and scalability.

Qualifications & Characteristics

• 6+ years of experience developing software in C# / .NET with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE, Azure, and Power Platform.
• 6+ Experience with SQL Server, with Entity Framework experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing web applications with experience in AngularJs/SPA/WebApi a plus.
• Outstanding troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Experience writing multi-tier components for high volume systems.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Advanced degree or training in related technical field preferred.
• Work is fast-paced and performed in an office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. The industry we serve demands the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service) are a plus.

The Compensation range for this role is 120,000.00 to 160,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
