Responsibilities

The Sr. HRBP is responsible for the coordination and resolution of complex HR cases from an end-to-end perspective while closely collaborating with other HR functions. Ensures that services requested by middle management, which require alignment and coordinated execution across multiple HR services are being resolved quickly and efficiently. Given the complex nature of these service requests, the resolution may require extensive information gathering from other HR service areas, analysis, investigation, and further consulting with business (first and mid-level) manager to ensure service quality.

The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to business units in the following capacities:

  • Works closely with leadership and staff of assigned business unit to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives.
  • Engages with assigned LOB to gain full understanding of business drivers, strategy and HR requirements for each client manager and communicate these requirements to HR functional colleagues to ensure targeted solutions.
  • Responsible for defining and executing required strategic HR solutions.
  • Identifies current and future business needs and transfer to appropriate HR plan.
  • Addresses employee relations issues by investigating, and/or providing HR policy interpretation and recommendations to management as appropriate.
  • Manages HR process rollout for assigned business units.
  • Supports T&A/recruiting with hiring personnel to include salary analysis
  • Supports security audits to include processes, policy, and provide evidence
  • Defines, develops, supports, and executes internal professional development, upskilling and training for managers and employees
  • Offboarding process of employees
  • Performance Management of employees to include Annual Compensation Review of employees (ACR)
Qualifications

7 years of experience in HR Bachelor's or Master's degree relating to Business or Human Resources Management or applicable years of experience Experience with a proxy organization is a plus

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 112700 - 191800(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
