Human Resource Business Partner Two Six Technologies

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. This hybrid role will work out of our Northern Virginia offices at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business unit leadership to align People Team strategies with business goals.
  • Reinforce a performance?based culture through consistent coaching and development support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, compliant, and timely resolution.
  • Facilitate annual performance management activities, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and development planning.
  • Understand legal requirements and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Educate managers on data?driven compensation decisions that align with business goals.
  • Use HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Partner with the People Team and corporate functions and contribute to People Team initiatives and priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience with an emphasis on consultative HR service delivery and business relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Experience in mentoring and training.
Nice to Have
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Experience with Paycom.
  • Experience working for a government contractor.
  • Desired skills including business acumen, strategic thinking, data literacy, communications, and change management.

Security Clearance

Willingness and ability to receive a government security clearance.
