Allergy Benefits Coordinator

Charleston ENT & Allergy has an immediate opening for an Allergy Benefits Coordinator to join our in-office team As one of the fastest-growing areas of our practice, our Allergy Department continues to expand to meet patient demand and were looking for someone who thrives in a detail?driven, patient?focused environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the key liaison between patients, insurance carriers, and the clinical team.
- Communicate primarily with patients over the phone to explain financial aspects of allergy testing and treatment.
- Verify insurance coverage, review benefits, and provide cost estimates.
- Ensure patients have a clear understanding of their options before beginning care.
- Organized, detail?oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of phone?based communication.
- Prior experience in a medical front office, insurance verification, or medical billing role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work onsite in our office and collaborate closely with the Allergy Department team.
Location: North Charleston, SC
Salary: $70,000.00 $75,000.00 (per year)
