OT needed asapFacility Setting? Inpatient RehabWill position be required to float to other units? Potential to float to acute careNumber of beds in your facility? 111-2 years experienceBLSPreferred experience level? Experience in IPR preferred.What is the work schedule for this position? Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Rehab
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-MI(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
