Executive Assistant III, Day Shift, System Quality

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Executive Assistant III who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As an Executive Assistant III, you will:
- Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings
- Handles and types complex and highly confidential material
- Manage and coordinate office and administrative functions
- Coordinates and leads special projects
- Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives
- Leads and supports committees as designated
- Coordinates data collection, compilation, and submission
- Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential
Qualifications include:
- Proficient in PC skills such as the Windows work environment, the internet, and using e-mail programs such as GroupWise and the Ceridian program
- Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Publisher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with standard office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, computer)
- Ability to establish positive working relationships internally and externally
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills especially when speaking on the telephone
- Ability to exercise considerable discretion & independent judgment with all matters and handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information
- Exceptional calendar management and scheduling background for Executive level
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred in Health care or Business
- 5-8 years demonstrated administrative experience is required; Experience maintaining an Executive's calendar in C-Suite environment
- Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience supporting Senior Management
- PMP or other Executive Assistant Certifications Preferred

Pay Range:
$71,932.12 - $107,889.60
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as: United States of America (Exempt)
