Executive Assistant, Global Deal Strategy

Location: Seattle, WA (preferred)
We are looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and customer?obsessed Executive Assistant to support 34 Directors in Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) and work with a multi?functional, global team. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high volume and highly complex calendar scheduling across multiple global locations.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Manage expense report coordination and submission.
- Organize and manage meetings, all?hands, off?sites, and team?based events.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Act as a liaison for direct reports.
- Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
- Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency and scale.
- Review and copy?edit documents, communications, and presentations with accuracy.
- Support and manage small to medium projects based on organizational needs and professional development interests.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company.
- Travel may be required up to 15%.
- 3+ years of senior?level leadership support experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with executive level calendar management.
- Experience in a fast?paced, high?tech company.
- Experience managing multiple calendars.

CompensationBase pay ranges from $50,000/year to $107,100/year depending on market location.
