Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our Ocoee clinic If youre friendly, organized, and love helping people, wed love to meet you.What Youll Do:Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalismAnswer phones, return voicemails, and schedule appointmentsHelp new patients complete intake and feel welcomeFollow up with patients who miss visits to keep them on trackExplain insurance and payment optionsKeep patient records and notes up to date in our systemSupport the team with a clean, positive front office vibeSchedule:MondayFridayRotating shifts during clinic hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM 9:00 AM 6:00 PMWhat You Need:23 years of front desk or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)Positive attitude and clear communication skillsStrong computer skills and attention to detailBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredBachelors degree a plus, but not required90-Day Ramp-Up Plan:Start at $15$17/hour (based on experience)Grow to $17$19/hour by:Handling 20+ calls per dayKeeping the schedule at 86%+ fullRebooking patients who fall off carePromoting patient satisfaction, marketing, rehab sales as prescribedCommunicating clearly and staying organizedWhy Youll Love Working Here:Supportive, team-focused environmentClear path to grow in your roleYoull make a real impact on patients and their careBe part of a mission to help people move better, feel stronger, and live without painApply today and help us create a 5-star experience for every patient
