About Our ClientOur client is a reputable commercial general contractor with multiple offices in the Midwest doing $350M in annual revenue each year. They are currently looking to expand their industrial division, specifically in manufacturing, distribution, and cold storage facilities. They are offering a highly competitive compensation package to attract top talent in the area.
Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

The Successful ApplicantA strong background in construction management within the property industry. Proven ability to lead and manage industrial construction projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. The ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 per year. Fully covered healthcare for the employee. 4 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays. Lucrative bonus earning structure.
