Senior Project Manager - Industrial Projects

Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

A successful Senior Project Manager - Industrial Projects should have:

  • Minimum 8 years of general contracting experience
  • MUST have experience working on industrial projects - ideally manufacturing, distribution center, cold storage, food & beverage facilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Client facing
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Competitive salary ranging from $130000 to $170000 USD. Full benefits package included. Fully covered healthcare for the employee. 4 weeks PTO. 10 paid holidays.
