About The Role

Sprig is on a path to build a world?class product experience platform that empowers the best businesses to truly understand how their users experience their product at?scale. The goal of the Core team at Sprig is to build and deploy highly performant and minimal?footprint SDKs and develop the dashboard experience to manage these studies.

Our full?stack engineers are responsible for the end?to?end stack (SDK, React dashboard and backend endpoints) and own this stack from inception to deployment. Your work will impact millions of users throughout the world.

This role is based in San Francisco with three days working in office.

Your Impact

• Youll be working as part of our highly experienced engineering team and jump in at the beginning to develop a world?class product.
• Own the development and deployment of our public available SDKs used by millions of users.
• Develop and optimize backend code where performance, scalability and maintainability is key.
• Design and build our React dashboard and endpoints to ensure high quality and quick page loads.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions as we grow and evolve the product.
• Stay informed with industry best practices and provide guidance, inspiration, and mentorship in engineering excellence for cross?functional colleagues.
  

Your Strengths

• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience deploying React production apps that are customer?facing and critical to the business.
• Proven track record of writing high?quality software that has been deployed to production, following software development best practices.
• Experience diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks with instrumentation.
• Passion for learning, building, and moving fast.
• Has been a technical mentor for teams in the past and has the desire to continue doing so.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the technical work that has been done.
• Experience with technologies we use is desirable: Sprigs infrastructure runs on AWS and is built with React, Node.js, ClickHouse, and Postgres.

Salary

The salary range for this full?time position is $180,000 $260,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our cash compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for San Francisco, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job?related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
