Founded in 2023, 11x has secured $75M in total funding and is experiencing an insane growth curve, currently at a team size of 40 entrepreneurial operators (ex-founders and founding employees of unicorns like Brex and Tractable, as well as operators from Revolut, Amazon, and McKinsey).

The Role: Senior Fullstack Engineer
We are looking for a high-velocity, experienced Individual Contributor (IC) Fullstack Engineer to own, build, and scale the core products that power our digital workers. This role is for a builder who wants to own problems end-to-end and has a passion for both frontend and backend development in a hypergrowth setting.
What You Will Do
- Own the Product End-to-End: Design, develop, and deploy new features and digital worker capabilities across the entire stack, from database to user interface.
- Drive Velocity: Relentlessly compress traditional development cycles, turning two-week processes into two days, to keep up with our company's insane growth curve.
- Solve the Hard Problems: Jump in and acquire whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done, ensuring both the team and our customers succeed.
- Scale the Platform: Contribute to architectural decisions and system performance optimizations to ensure our workers can handle massive adoption and scale.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product and AI teams to translate complex requirements into high-quality, shipping code.
- 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer, or significantly across both frontend and and backend disciplines. (Flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Proficiency with our core technologies:
- Frontend: Next.JS, React, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.JS, TypeScript
- Track record of successfully owning problems end-to-end in a professional setting.
- Commitment to rapid iteration and a track record of thriving in chaotic, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Hypergrowth DNA: Experience at hypergrowth startups (e.g., going from 50 to 1,000 employees in 3-4 years) is a big plus.
- Builder Mindset: Previous experience as a Technical Founder, Founding Engineer, or engineer in high-growth companies is a significant advantage.
- Stamina & Dedication: A demonstrable track record of staying at companies for meaningful periods (not job hopping yearly).
- Proven Growth: Demonstrated rapid career progression (IC promotions) in previous roles.
- Exceptional Signal: Notable achievements on your CV or in past projects, such as successful side projects, notable work projects, or top-tier academic/competition results (e.g., math competitions).
- Education: Top university education preferred but not required.
Location & Compensation
Location: This is a full-time, 5 days/week in-office position in San Francisco, CA.
Commitment: Must be willing to put in the work required to keep up the company's insane growth curve.
