About The RoleThe Partner Account Managers primary duty is to engage, build, and develop Human Interests key accounts and growth opportunities. This fast?paced, self?motivated sales professional will accelerate partner relationships to help us reach more small and medium businesses across the United States.
Responsibilities- Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
- Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
- Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues, offering solutions through cross?functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute unique initiatives (e.g., educational events, email, webinars).
- Work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics (e.g., sales pipeline depth, revenue generation) and execute go?to?market strategies and demand?generation activities.
- 2+ years of experience building relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development.
- Proven track record of success in a quota?driven sales environment.
- Highly motivated independent contributor with strong relationship?building skills.
- Thrives in a fast?paced, ever?changing environment.
- Resilient, resourceful, and creative in overcoming setbacks.
- Solutions?oriented with hands?on management of operational partnership issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; people trust and advocate for your ideas.
- Tech?savvy; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

- Coachable with ability to absorb training and execute it effectively.
- Travel 3 days per week in the field.
- Must be located in the East Tampa, West Orlando, or Lakeland area.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $130,000$140,000, comprising a base salary of $70,000 and a variable target compensation of $70,000. Additional rewards include stock option grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
