Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of estimators located across multiple regions

Oversee the development of accurate, competitive estimates for life science projects valued at $50MM+

Collaborate with preconstruction, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment and feasibility

Implement and refine estimating tools, processes, and technologies

Provide strategic input on project delivery methods and risk assessments

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience estimating life science construction projects of $50MM+

Demonstrated success leading and developing estimator teams

Proficient in industry-standard estimating software and digital tools

Holds current certifications relevant to life science construction (e.g., ASHE, LEED, or similar)

Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
