Senior Corporate Account Manager, Microelectronics Global High Tech
Within our Nalco Water division, you will build a robust understanding of our customers businesses, microelectronics industry trends, and navigate/manage Global agreements. You will drive and own sales opportunities, executive communications, and presentations, and implement value?added customer solutions within your assigned corporate account portfolio(s).
- Location is flexible but must be near a major US airport; ideal locations are Phoenix, AZ or other U.S. Western region sites.

- Establish, grow, and manage Global High Tech customers, focusing strategically on top accounts in your geography.
- Learn customers operations, understand challenges, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee customer service and solution delivery to your assigned customer base, communicating clear account priorities, goals, and plans to internal teams to expand business and address customer needs.
- Effectively manage profitability and drive new business sales through prospecting, partnering with field and distributor sales teams, merchandising the total value proposition, and closing sales.
- Identify business needs and opportunities that drive adoption of innovative products, developing and implementing customized solutions.
- Develop key relationships within accounts and across the industry.
- Lead and direct Global Corporate Account strategies across regions.
- Accelerate sales through negotiations of multi?year partnerships and strategic alliance agreements with key global, national, and strategic accounts.
- Partner with field sales to deliver on contractual commitments, ensuring service excellence and documented value delivery.
- Collaborate with other Ecolab divisions to create and maintain Enterprise Corporate Accounts.
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or related field.
- 5 years of industry sales experience, preferably in water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
- Corporate or key account sales and management background.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Masters degree.
- Fluent in Chinese.
- 10 years technical sales experience.
- Experience in Microelectronics, semiconductors, or high?tech.
- Existing relationships/direct experience within the customer base.
- Experience working with global customers across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated success managing large accounts with executive?level relationship sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with industry executives.
- Excellent organization and follow?up skills.
The base salary range for this position is $134,600.00 $201,800.00. The position is eligible for annual bonus and long?term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Compensation considerations include experience, education, training, geography, and more. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
