Insight Global's largest chemical solutions client is seeking a strong UX/UI Designer to join their team in Naperville, IL. This role will focus on designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences for platforms such as PowerApps, CRM systems, and other internal tools to support the Sales and Service pillar within the company.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and hands-on design skills.
Experience working on customer-facing products preferred.
Ability to adapt to different platforms and environments (mobile, web, internal tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Customer-Facing Product Experience: Adds broader perspective and skills.
Flexibility Across Platforms: Ability to design for multiple environments (mobile/web).
Chicago/Naperville Presence: Easier collaboration with co-located team.
Executive Presence: Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
