Commercial Drywall Estimator San Jose & San Francisco Bay Area

About the Opportunity: Join a dynamic commercial drywall contractor where your expertise in estimating will directly impact company growth. We're seeking an ambitious professional who combines technical knowledge with sales acumen to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects • Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software to develop accurate bids • Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and key clients • Review construction documents, specifications, and addenda • Participate in bid day activities and post-bid negotiations • Collaborate with project management team to ensure smooth project transitions

Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience • Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software • Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Proven track record of successful project acquisitions • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Bay Area offices
