Position Overview:

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting multiple departments from our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow and develop professionally while contributing to a team of highly skilled engineers in a thriving, multi-office firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Invoicing, as needed.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Other accounting related tasks.
  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
  • Reconciling vendor statements
  • Special projects as assigned
Education/Experience:
  • 1 + years of Accounting experience
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
  • Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel, Outlook experience desired
  • Knowledge of business office procedures
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
