Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to our leadership team. The perfect fit will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Coordinate and track significant projects to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and secure confidential files and records.
- Assist leadership with research, data collection, and the creation of briefing materials.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic financial tracking.
This is a part-time remote opportunity.
