Senior Accountant / Cost Accountant

Compensation
  • $75,000 - $85,000 base salary + performance bonus
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
  • Perform cost and manufacturing accounting analyses to support operational decisions
  • Drive accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support budgeting and variance analysis
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
  • Support process improvements and system enhancements within ERP platforms
  • Contribute to audit preparation and tax filing support
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Strong ERP systems experience
  • Proven background in manufacturing or cost accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple financial platforms
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager for career progression
