Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT methodologies to produce high-caliber diagnostic images for physician assessment
- Engage with radiologists and the broader healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Properly position patients and fine-tune equipment for optimal image quality
- Adhere to radiation safety regulations for both patients and medical staff
- Keep precise records, encompassing imaging logs and device upkeep
- Deliver compassionate care throughout the imaging journey for each patient
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive imaging environment
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Successful completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT, Radiography, or both)
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days post-hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging practices and safety protocols
- Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and respond adeptly to changing situations
