Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology Experience: 2 years Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
