Role name:

ServiceNow Senior Developer

Role Description:
• Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications in ITSM Modules-HRSD/S2P/CSM modules and custom applications.
• Develop advanced scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and implement complex data models, tables, and relationships to meet business requirements
• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
• Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
• Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the platform.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
• Experience in building and deploying custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a development team.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical

Experience (Years):

6-8

Essential Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience in leading ServiceNow development teams or projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation). 1) Years of experience required for position : 6-8 yrs(For Grade Mapping)
