Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead - MSIM Marketing
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and system integration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Background in technical pre-sales, solution design, and client presentations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required).

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the financial services/investment management domain.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related marketing technologies.
  • dditional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Architect-level).
