ACMS is looking for a dedicated, passionate individual to join our leadership team Leadership is the heart of our mission, “Keeping Kids Safe”. The Leadership Team is ultimately responsible for overseeing and managing their local Crossing Guard programs, in this field-based position.

What we are looking for in our Leadership:

  • Be self-motivated and dependable.

  • Be a personable, friendly and passionate leader.

  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

  • Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.

  • Able to lift/ transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  • Availability for shifts both before and after school.

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

  • Basic computer skills are required.

  • This position often requires short response times to the job site so candidates in or adjacent to the Grand Rapids are preferred.

  • This is a seasonal and part-time position that follows the Grand Rapids Public School calendar — no work during summer, school breaks, holidays, or teacher workdays.

Compensation is $22.25 an hour, 5.5 hours a day, on school days only. Cell phone and tablet provided. This position is eligible for yearly bonus and mileage reimbursement.
