Our software helps organizations streamline environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, empowering teams to work together, solve problems, and make better decisions. As part of EHS Insight Software, we're building on nearly two decades of experience developing innovative software solutions that help businesses tackle complex challenges. We're looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and turning those relationships into long-term partnerships and revenue growth. In this role, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of customers, serving as their trusted partner and helping them get the most value from their investment in EHS Insight. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities to renew and expand existing accounts. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative, thrives on accountability, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What you'll do

Develop a strong understanding of the EHS Insight portfolio and confidently lead customer-facing demonstrations that connect product capabilities to meaningful business outcomes. * Be a customer advocate. Partner with Support, Onboarding and Training, and other internal teams to address customer concerns, coordinate timely resolutions, and ensure customers have the resources they need to succeed. * Collaborate across teams. Maintain accurate account records, CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines. Use data and planning tools to prioritize opportunities and stay ahead of customer needs. * Deliver results. Consistently work toward renewal and expansion targets, balance competing priorities, and take proactive steps every day to move your accounts forward.
