Regional Sales Manager

Join our growing team in this exciting sales role
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in control valve applications and sales within the power generation and/or light industrial markets. The successful candidate will possess technical expertise in control valve technologies, including valve sizing, selection, specification, and application support, while also developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Location:
This role will work from a home office with extensive travel throughout the Southeastern US.
Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $95,000 – 105,000 USD plus sales incentive plan. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales growth and customer engagement for control valve products and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on control valve selection, sizing, and application requirements.
- Develop opportunities within power generation, process, and light industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEM customers.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with control valves in power and/or light industrial markets.
- Strong technical understanding of valve automation, control systems, and flow control applications.
- Proven ability to engage customers and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
