Job Summary
Landstar Property Management is seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Kalispell office. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing a high volume of tasks, and maintaining accuracy while balancing changing priorities and interruptions. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work professionally with clients, tenants, property owners, Realtors, vendors, team members, and other company departments.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00per hour, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Onsite Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, residents, property owners, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records.
- Prepare, process, and maintain documents and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day property management operations.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with Realtors, team members, clients, tenants, property owners, vendors, and company departments.
- Respond to requests and follow up on assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive office environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

- Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading, and general business-writing skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
