Responsibilities Work in an interventional radiology unit performing outpatient, inpatient, and adult ICU proceduresProcedures include stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephogram, vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, abdominal, pelvis, and extremity proceduresUse of equipment includes PACS, C-Arm, contrast, injector systems (preferably ACIST), pushable and detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, snare kitsExperience with Epic EMR is requiredDay shift with 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMCall rotation includes an average of 10 days per month, including weekendsNo floating outside of the interventional radiology scopeDuties include deploying advanced interventional devices and assisting in a wide range of radiology proceduresScrubs are providedOnsite parking is available at no costMust be available to work 4 of the 8 major holidaysAll requested time off must be submitted with the application, and additional requests post-confirmation are at manager discretionFirst-time travelers are welcomed for this assignment Requirements Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience requiredCurrent BLS and ARRT certifications requiredProficiency with PACS, Epic, C-Arm, contrast, biopsies, and specialized procedural equipmentExperience in outpatient, inpatient, and adult ICU settings is requiredMust be able to use pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, snare kits, and injector systemsCandidates must live more than 70 miles from the facilityTwo professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years are requiredLicense required if applicable Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-652743.
