Responsibilities Work in an interventional radiology department serving inpatient, outpatient, and adult ICU populationsProcedures include stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephogram, peripheral interventions, biopsies, drainages, vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, abdominal and pelvic, and upper/lower extremity casesRequired use of PACS, C-Arm, contrast, micro catheters, micro wires, pushable/detachable coils, Snare Kits, and injector systems (preferably ACIST)Epic EMR experience requiredDay shift; 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMCall is required an average of 10 days per month, including one weekendFloating not required within the facilityDuties include performing a full spectrum of IR procedures and utilizing specialized IR equipmentTeam support provided within a tertiary care hospital environmentFirst-time travelers are welcome to applyScrubs are provided; parking is onsite at no costApplicants must be available to work 4 out of the 8 major holidaysAll RTO must be submitted with the initial applicationTwo professional supervisory references from the past 2 years are required Requirements Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience requiredActive ARRT and BLS certifications requiredProficiency in Epic EMR, PACS, C-Arm, and advanced IR proceduresWork experience in outpatient, inpatient, and adult ICU settings requiredMust be able to use and deploy pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, Snare Kits, and injector systemsLicense required if applicableCandidate must reside more than 70 miles from the facility Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-653956.
