This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility and no on-call requirements. Schedule & Requirements 40 hours per week 3 days/week: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2 days/week: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Schedule flexibility available No on-call requirements Patient Population Outpatient neurological and orthopedic patients Experience working with neurological patients strongly preferred Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient progress and outcomes per department standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient goals Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises Required Qualifications Active Connecticut State Physical Therapist License BLS Certification required Outpatient PT experience required Neuro rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Additional Information On Call: None HumanEdge Health Phone: Email: HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID #15325.
