This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility and no on-call requirements.Schedule & Requirements40 hours per week3 days/week: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2 days/week: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PMSchedule flexibility availableNo on-call requirementsPatient PopulationOutpatient neurological and orthopedic patientsExperience working with neurological patients strongly preferredResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with neuro and orthopedic conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansDocument patient progress and outcomes per department standardsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient goalsEducate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercisesRequired QualificationsActive Connecticut State Physical Therapist LicenseBLS Certification requiredOutpatient PT experience requiredNeuro rehabilitation experience strongly preferredAdditional InformationOn Call: NoneHumanEdge HealthPhone:Email: HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID #15325.
