Responsibilities Home health position serving various communities in the North Region of Massachusetts including Essex, Gloucester, Manchester, Rockport, Ipswich, Amesbury, Haverhill, Newburyport, and surrounding areasWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMFloat role requiring travel within the home health service areaPatient ages range from birth through geriatric populationsUse of EPIC charting systemDeliver occupational therapy services in patients’ residences addressing physical and cognitive impairmentsCollaborate with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals to coordinate care plansManage clinical, environmental, and financial resources for home health therapyFirst-time travelers will be consideredLocal candidates must have permanent residence at least 60 miles from Boston; those within this radius receive a lower rateParking costs may apply at certain locationsTimekeeping is managed via the UKG/Kronos system Requirements Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts required (license required if applicable)At least 1 year of certified home care Occupational Therapist experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare settingsAbility to register with the Board of Registration in MassachusettsAHA certifications requiredProficiency with computer software and handheld patient care devices preferredStrong verbal, written, and electronic communication skillsAbility to travel locally within the assigned geographic areaFlu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-662290.
