We need a Process Engineer who is a skilled, data-driven professional to help develop and implement process strategies, while managing process resources and optimizing current processes. This role will develop processes that maintain a safe work environment, reduce defect injection, and improve efficiencies. If you are analytical, action-oriented, and can clearly articulate actions among stakeholders to drive results in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you. We are the Process Architects. This is a full-time role and will work near the Cincinnati airport in Hebron, Kentucky. The role is expected to travel up to 10% of the time.

What is a day in the life of a Process Engineer?
  • Deep dive operational opportunities to propose and implement simple, scalable, and effective solutions.
  • Analyze site performance against relevant business objectives, and establish actions to improve our operational excellence.
  • Work closely with other support teams, including Ops integration, Warehouse Ops, IT, RME and Transportation.
  • Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve Operational performance.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to document/build requirements, create functional specifications and generate process maps.
  • Design, develop, test, launch and improve processes for the global network.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for quality across REACH Logistics
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Process Engineering, Production environments or Supply Chains
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in successful people and stakeholder management. Must be able to influence others to take action
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and leading Kaizen events
  • Relevant experience working with excel, snowflake, and building basic queries in a professional environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong drive to go above and beyond expectations.

What is the team like?
  • As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, supply chain experts, tech and business leaders. You will report to the Sr. Process Engineer and will have mentoring opportunities with the Director and VP of Operations. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement scalable solutions and process optimization. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members of the team.
