What You'll Do
  • Ensure HR Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operations including Talent Acquisition, HR/Benefits, Training, Payroll, Office Management functions and ensure best practices across the organization. Your ability to manage a variety of tasks at once while maintaining precision will keep processes running smoothly. Be decisive. Lead with operational rigor.
  • Elevate Leadership & Culture: Create and maintain a vibrant and positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. Your ability to read people, build trust, and influence behaviors will be key to driving a supportive and inclusive environment. Build strong relationships. Lead with empathy.
  • Empower Employee Development: Design and implement impactful employee training and development programs that align with business goals. Your intuitive approach to recognizing people's needs and talents will guide employees toward achieving their potential. Empower growth. Nurture talent.
  • Optimize Performance & Talent Management: Lead performance reviews, succession planning, and talent acquisition efforts. What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of People Operations or Human Resources leadership experience, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture, and development
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of People Operations functions, from training to compliance
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for influencing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, innovative industries like SaaS or digital marketing is a plus
