Sales Team Lead

Carolina Chillers Inc. is looking for a motivated HVAC professional to become a Sales Team Lead in our Savannah, GA office. The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales growth by leading and supporting a team of sales professionals while actively pursuing new business opportunities and developing opportunities with an existing customer base. This role combines direct sales efforts with leadership responsibilities to ensure the team meets revenue targets, builds strong client relationships, and expands market presence in commercial HVAC mechanical contracting services, including maintenance, retrofit, and installation projects. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Responsible for sales activities and long-term relationship management for Commercial Mechanical HVAC and Building Management Solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in service agreements, repairs, retrofits, and new installations. Actively prospect, engage, and close deals with commercial property owners, facility managers, and general contractors. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and estimating, to develop competitive proposals and bids. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, train, and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. Assist in setting sales targets, tracking performance, and providing constructive feedback to improve results. Foster a high-energy, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and success. Collaboration & Strategy Execution: Work closely with senior management to align sales efforts with business objectives. Assist in pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Ensure sales processes and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently using CRM tools. Support marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Basic Qualifications Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field 5+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development Experience with Mechanical HVAC and Building Automation Systems Good rapport and network with Clients & Subcontractors 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce (similar CRMs) Able to pass a standard Drug Screen and Background check Must have a valid driver's license Additional Qualifications Experience related to sales demonstrations, sales meetings, and customer negotiations Demonstrated success in applying various solutions within differing environments Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and to prioritize workloads in a dynamic and progressive work environment Professional writing, verbal and presentation skills, ability to effectively interact with all levels of the customer's environment Carolina Chillers, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
