Our esteemed law firm, specializing in estate planning, is seeking a highly skilled paralegal to provide exceptional service to our clients while collaborating with attorneys to deliver tailored estate planning solutions.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through the estate planning process with expertise, empathy, and top-tier communication. We prioritize white-glove client care, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience at every step.

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the estate planning process.
* Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication.
* Field face-to-face meetings including design, drafting, and closing.
* Draft estate planning and administration documents with precision and attention to detail.
* Handle client and financial institution calls with professionalism and discretion.
* Proactively manage workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
* Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including data management and binder preparation.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in trust and estate planning.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
* Paralegal certification is a strong plus.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare and review legal documents with accuracy.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach.
* Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to take initiative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
